The set-up of the hotel, 88 suites spread over 60 hectares and 4 beaches, provides for a uniquely personal standard of service and care. The hotel is situated on a sheltered coral sand beach with a private lagoon. The suites are in two categories - Senior and Junior. They are scattered along the pristine beach, in landscaped gardens, on waterways, and even suspended on site over the lagoon.

Less than 6 weeks and no show: 100% of stay hence no refund

Less than 2 months - 100% of stay hence no refund.
More than 2 months 50% of stay hence 50% refund
More than 3 months 75% of stay hence 75% refund
More than 4 months 85% of stay hence 85% refund
Travellers are strongly advised to subscribe to adequate insurance covers relating to any activity throughout the trip. Travellers are advised to take up policies for risks relating to their transport, baggage losses and personal health complication or accidents and possible repatriation in case of death, hospitalisation, premature return tickets and trip cancellation in general.

For all the accommodation, the check-in time is general 14:00 (2 pm local time), and check-out time is 11:00 (11 am local time). Guests can ask for early arrival or late departure. Generally, charges apply equivalent to 50% of the normal rate for one night.
- Early check-in is considered to be as from 06h00
- Late check-out is considered to be before 18h00

Question 1: Are we able to pay with credit card?
Answer 1: Yes you are able to pay by credit card (Visa Card or Master Card).
Question 2: What type of credit or debit cards can I use with Pay Pal?
Answer 2: Pay Pal accepts the following cards:

Question 4: Is there minimum stay for peak season?
Answer 4: Yes we have minimum stay of 7 nights for peak season which is from 26 Dec 2012 to 3 Jan 2013.
Question 5: Is there anything else you think we should prioritize to visit/do during our stay at Mauritius?
Answer 5: We suggest the below activities:
a. Diving – Note that Mauritius was awarded the best diving destination in 2012 by World Traveller for the Indian Ocean.
If you are not a diver, we can suggest Discover Scuba Diving
Should there be diver among, then, when the non divers are doing the Open Water Dive, the divers can join to enjoy a family dives.
Question 6: What about general weather conditions in December. It seems to be quite warm but also cloudier than we expected reading the public weather forecasts. Is it like that or can we expect a 100% sunny vacation?
Answer 6: December and January are the hottest month.
Regarding the cloud especially the northwest, and west, there are generally good clear sky. However, it is tropical weather where the conditions changes rapidly such as heavy rainfall in very short period.
Additionally, the island has a micro climate meaning that it can be raining on one part and on the other part fully shinning
Question 7: Would it possible for you to negotiate a late check-out? The latest the check-out, the better it will be for us.
Answer 7: Please note that the normal check out time is at 12h00.
To guarantee late check-out (subject to availability):
Before 18h00: will be charged at 50% room rate of the following night and you will be entitled to a light snack (excluding drinks).
After 18hrs00: will be charged at 100% rate of the following night you will be entitled to a 3 courses dinner (excluding drinks).
Otherwise after your check out at 12h00, you may leave your luggage in the departure room and stay at the hotel until your departure time.
