Built in contemporary tropical style, this small but lively hotel caters to the budget conscious traveller. It represents a modern version of the traditional thatch and wood buildings. Its rooms are furnished with double or twin beds. Each room leads to a balcony or terrace. There are separate bathrooms.

The pool area with a bar is a lovely place to relax in after a long day at the beach. It is situated in a tropical garden.

Manisa hotel offers a range of health and fitness activities such as a fully equipped gymnasium, steam bath, sauna, Jacuzzi and authentic Ayurvedic treatments. Sega shows, a disco and a small casino ensure entertainment for the guests.

The restaurant presents a choice of à la Carte menus as well as grills, seafood, Creole, Chinese, Indian and Mauritian specialties. Various shows and theme evenings are a part of the hotel's weekly program.

Question 4: Is there minimum stay for peak season?
Answer 4: Yes we have minimum stay of 7 nights for peak season which is from 23 Dec 2012 to 6 Jan 2013.

Question 5: Is there anything else you think we should prioritize to visit/do during our stay at Mauritius?
Answer 5: We suggest the below activities:
a. Diving – Note that Mauritius was awarded the best diving destination in 2012 by World Traveller for the Indian Ocean.
If you are not a diver, we can suggest Discover Scuba Diving
Should there be diver among, then, when the non divers are doing the Open Water Dive, the divers can join to enjoy a family dives.

Question 6: What about general weather conditions in December. It seems to be quite warm but also cloudier than we expected reading the public weather forecasts. Is it like that or can we expect a 100% sunny vacation?
Answer 6: December and January are the hottest month.
Regarding the cloud especially the northwest, and west, there are generally good clear sky. However, it is tropical weather where the conditions changes rapidly such as heavy rainfall in very short period.
Additionally, the island has a micro climate meaning that it can be raining on one part and on the other part fully shinning
