Question 1: Are we able to pay with credit card?
Answer 1: Yes you are able to pay by credit card (Visa Card or Master Card).
Question 2: What type of credit or debit cards can I use with Pay Pal?
Answer 2: Pay Pal accepts the following cards:
- Visa / Delta / Electron
- MasterCard / Eurocard
- Pay Pal Top Up Card
- Maestro
- American Express
Debit cards (also known as bank cards) are accepted if they have a Visa or MasterCard logo
Question 3: What are the Visa Requirements in Mauritius?

Question 4: Is there anything else you think we should prioritize to visit/do during our stay at Mauritius?
Answer 4: We suggest the below activities:
a. Diving – Note that Mauritius was awarded the best diving destination in 2012 by World Traveller for the Indian Ocean.
If you are not a diver, we can suggest Discover Scuba Diving
Should there be diver among, then, when the non divers are doing the Open Water Dive, the divers can join to enjoy a family dives.
Question 5: What about general weather conditions in December. It seems to be quite warm but also cloudier than we expected reading the public weather forecasts. Is it like that or can we expect a 100% sunny vacation?
Answer 5: December and January are the hottest month.
Regarding the cloud especially the northwest, and west, there are generally good clear sky. However, it is tropical weather where the conditions changes rapidly such as heavy rainfall in very short period.
Additionally, the island has a micro climate meaning that it can be raining on one part and on the other part fully shinning
Question 6: Can you confirm your check in and check out times?
Answer 6: Check in time is at 14h00 and check out time at 11h00.
Question 7: Is it possible to book a studio apartment on the first floorand have a double bed?
Answer 7: Yes, you can but it depends upon availabilities.
Question 8: Do you supply linen and towel?
Answer 8: Yes linen and towel are supplied.
Question 9: When I get the confirmation will I be able to add the one way transfer at a later date?
Answer 9: Yes you will be able to add the airport transfer. We will be glad to assist you with the one way airport transfer process.
Question 10: Will you need pre payment for this?
Answer 10: Yes. Full payment is required for confirmation of booking.
Question 11: How much would a taxi from the airport to your hotel cost?
Answer 11: Our 2 way airport transfer (Airport/Grand Bay Suite/ Airport) is 79.00 Euro for 2 persons.
Question 12: How far is the apartment from the centre of Grand Bay?
Answer 12: Within walking distance from the centre, approximately 5 minutes
Question 13: How far is the nearby restaurant and shop?
Answer 13: Mini markets within 100 metres from the property and restaurants in the centre of Grand Bay. Big Super Markets are at approximately 15 minutes walk
Question 14: Please give the distance of the nearby beaches and their distances from the apartment?
Answer 14: La Cuvette (nice small beach) located less than 5 minutes walk and Pereybere Beach located within 2 bus stop (5 minutes drive)

Question 17: Is there WIFI connection in all 3 studio suites?
Answer 17: Wi-Fi is available at Grand Bay Suites. It is available sometimes in the apartments, however, for a better connection you must either go at terrace or in the lobby.
Question 18: Is it possible to have 3 studio suites on the highest floor with interconnecting facility and all with king size beds?
Answer 18: Please be informed that:
The Studio Apartments at Grand Bay Suites are in blocks. Each block has 6 studio apartments, 2 on ground floor, 2 on first floor and 2 on second floor.
Note that for such special request accommodation provider conditions states that they do not guarantee this request but will do their utmost to accommodate you best.
Upon making your booking we will make a special request for you to get 2 apartments on the highest floor and 1 on the first floor or, all 3 apartments in 1 block.
There are no hidden charges on your bookings. All local taxes, fees etc are included in the rate.
